A message dated July 3, 2007, was received stating the Governor                                                                 
signed the following bill and is transmitting the engrossed and enrolled                                                        
copies to the Lieutenant Governor's office for permanent filing:                                                                
                                                                                                                                
     CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 228(L&C)                                                                                             
     "An Act relating to fees for certain medical treatment and service                                                         
     under the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act; and providing for
